In this project, I undertook the redesign of an e-commerce website for a printing house.
My goal was to create a streamlined, user-friendly interface that would improve the overall user experience, enhance accessibility, and drive higher conversion rates for the printing house.
By focusing on usability, aesthetics, and performance, I aimed to transform their online presence into a modern, efficient, and visually appealing platform.
The existing e-commerce website of the printing house faced several critical issues that hindered its effectiveness and usability.
Firstly, the website lacked a clear visual hierarchy, making it difficult for users to navigate and find essential information quickly. The color scheme was inconsistent, with an overwhelming use of multiple colors that distracted users rather than guiding them.
Additionally, the website was slow to load, which frustrated visitors and increased bounce rates. Key functional elements, such as main buttons, were hard to locate, leading to poor user engagement and a complicated purchasing process.
These problems collectively resulted in a subpar user experience, negatively impacting the printing house’s online sales and customer satisfaction.
I established a clear visual hierarchy by organizing content logically and prioritizing key information, making it easier for users to navigate.
A consistent and refined color scheme was adopted to create a cohesive and visually appealing interface that guides users naturally.
The placement and design of main buttons and other interactive elements were strategically improved to make them easily identifiable and accessible.

Although the new redesign is not yet live, it is expected to enhance the online purchasing process and potentially increase user engagement.
This redesign effort aims to transform the website into a more functional and attractive platform for customers, with the anticipated launch set to validate these improvements and drive higher conversion rates for the printing house.
